“I think we take our skin for granted. And I always tell people it's your biggest organ. It's just an organ just like anything else. So if it's inflamed, if it's irritated, it’s a representation of something else going on deep inside your body, and it's screaming at you.”

“People often forget it. You know, they're stressed out, they're not sleeping well, they're miserable. And they're like, why can't I just find the one supplement to fix me? That's not how it works. I wish it were; it'd be so great if there was just one thing to fix it. But you have to really get everything back in balance for it to get right.”
